Mailing Quilts For USA locations, we use US Priority Mail, Insured and Delivery Confirmation, if you send us your quilt top for our quilting service. For non-USA locations, we use USA Global Express Insured (includes Delivery Confirmation and Tracking). Mailed-to-customer shipping/handling will be estimated prior to final arrangements for our quilting service; however, actual amount may be slightly higher due to finished package weight. Please allow for this slight increase in your final-cost estimate. We will make an initial estimate based upon our discussions/interaction and we will do our best in this regard -- but, the final mailing cost may be higher than the initial estimate.

Quilting Threads The color and other thread-related matters will be discussed and agreed upon prior to final arrangements for our quilting service.

Binding If pre-arranged, we finish your quilt with a binding. Fabric for the binding should be mailed to us along with the quilt top if the top is mailed to us.

Final Cost Settlement Final payment for quilting services will be settled by check or money order.
